Can a new perspective on how we live along the coast make it easier to tackle the issues of flooding and rising seas? Art will now engage citizens in this matter. The research project COALA explores how a flexible use of land can be a strategy for managing these long-term effects. Konstkiosk is part of the project highlighting the role of art and architecture in society.
