Mikael Ellingsen is an artist and lives in Timmernabben. He enjoys working with an expression that approaches the poetic or narrative.
The foundation consists partly of drawing and partly of text, which can evolve into animations, installations, or objects. Alongside images, he also creates music. Music can create images. Images, a feeling of music. In his art, Ellingsen aims to capture existence. This may be on a personal level, but also an existence from a broader perspective, where he investigates what living environments do to us. Ellingsen does not work analytically, but rather intuitively and playfully.
