Vernissage for Fingrarna Mot Himlen och Munnen i Jorden

The exhibition explores, through four different artists Kerstin Björk, Moa Franzén, Åsa Jungnelius, and Linda Persson – body, landscape, and place. Artists who all process different layers around feminism, the female body, and female knowledge. During the spring, their explorations have occurred in parallel and in harmony with each other and the ground on which they stand – Småland's small land. The group is an odd collection aesthetically, but together they create space for different expressions, places, and methods. This joint effort resonates with the word courage – a word that echoes from the generations of women who came before them.
